- On Windows:
- Open Firefox.
- From the Tools menu, choose Options.
- Deselect Block Popup Windows and click OK.
- On Mac OS:
- Open Firefox.
- From the Firefox menu, choose Preferences.

You may have disabled Flash Player in Chrome. To re-enable it:
